Hi my name is Amanda Asta. I am a Clarity Breathwork practitioner and wellness coach with a passion for helping people in meaningful, tangible ways. I am delighted to share this modality I have purposefully put together with other proven psychological tools such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Internal Family Systems.
I have a diverse background and my love for learning and cultures has taken me to 30 countries around the world. I am a member of the International Breathwork Foundation, and the World Federation for Mental Health, with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of British Columbia. I have also studied plant medicines with Indigenous Elders, and learned the Incan Munay-Ki Rites of Peru. Healing and higher consciousness are my focus, and I share all that I learn along the way.
If you imagine a thunderstorm, we can either dwell beneath it where it’s grey but there’s no resistance, or we can brave the storm in order to get through to the light above the clouds. The same can be true of our unhealed wounds. When we open up to them, bring them to the light, then they can be released and we can ascend our consciousnesses to higher levels of being. My favorite tool for this healing and expansion is breathwork.
Working with my clients I have seen it bring profound clarity, healing and take people on an inner journey of self awareness unlike anything they’ve ever known before. It is an honor to create the sacred space where participants feel safe, nurtured and seen in their fullness without judgement. Another aspect I focus on are integration tools, which empower us to take action in our lives. So, I share cognitive reframing exercises, as well as other integration take-home exercises to help you take this modality that much farther in your own life. If you have any questions, please contact me and I am happy to discuss.
I look forward to our journey together.

“I felt I was re-born again after our session…”
“I felt I was re-born again after our session together and walked away with a leap in my step having found peace again.”

“I felt extremely safe and cared for and supported.”
“I went on a retreat in Costa Rica and tried breathwork for the first time. I did 3 group sessions and got so much out of it. When I came back home, I started researching breathwork and came across Amanda Asta. I was quite anxious when I first got to my appointment but Amanda Asta made me feel very comfortable. She is so caring and loving and it feels like she knows exactly what you need.”
“We sat and talked about my history and what I wanted to work on and when we started our session, she knew exactly what to say and when to say it. I felt extremely safe and cared for and supported. She was just wonderful. Right after my session, I booked 9 more as I really believe in breathwork and in Amanda Asta. Thank you so much for your support and love. I’m looking forward to working with you more”

“…after our session, I am equipped to make the right life choices that will bring me the most joy.”
“Through a twist of fate on one of my last days in Ubud I met Asta and how lucky I am that we met! I had always wanted to do a breathwork session but it never came to fruition. I now understand why I had to wait, she was the perfect person for me to go on this journey with.
During this session I always felt safe, cared for and her conscious communication style made me feel at ease. She helped to facilitate a journey back to my younger self, where I was reminded about parts of me that really matter that I had forgotten along the way. I had been struggling to make some big decisions, and now after our session, I feel that I am equipped to make the right life choices that will bring me the most joy.
I feel so lucky to have met someone so lovely, kind, considerate and caring. What a beautiful experience this was. I am forever grateful”
