Annelle Taylor is a nurse witch of alchemical healing circles and a shadow pleasure integration guide who uses heartwork and gentle, non-cathartic Clarity Breathwork to support transformational trauma healing and collective liberation.

Her journey into this work began in 2018 with a stage IV cancer diagnosis. While undergoing Western cancer treatment, Annelle also sought healing through spiritual practices to address the emotional and ancestral roots of illness. Sitting in many healing spaces—within and beyond the medical system—awakened her to the necessity of integrating science and spirit, body and mystery, medicine and mysticism.

A former Nurse Practitioner in reproductive and primary care, Annelle worked for over a decade in community health in the South Bronx. From the frontlines of the COVID-19 pandemic, she co-founded the Healing Circle for Healthcare Workers, offering somatic practices and collective healing space to those impacted by both viral and systemic harm. This work evolved into Circle Alchemy, which supports healthcare workers, healers, and burntout bitchez to heal from stress, overwhelm, and burnout—and have fun doing it.

Annelle guides individuals and groups through a process she calls shadow pleasure integration, where suppressed emotions, internalized oppression, and taboo desires are alchemized into freedom, power, and self-love. She works with the archetype of The Bitch—a sacred disruptor—to reclaim what society has denied or distorted. Her spaces are brave, irreverent, pleasure-forward, and deeply grounded in trauma-informed care.

Her work draws from wide and wild lineages: Western medicine, embodied somatics, anti-racism, trauma psychology, yoga, mysticism, occult philosophy, and holistic pleasure coaching. Clarity Breathwork has been one of her most cherished tools since 2018 and remains central to her group and 1:1 offerings, retreats, and rituals.
Annelle lives in Brooklyn, NY with her cute dogs, channeling her own glorious versions of The Bitch while helping others do the same. Her deepest devotion is to a world where we are all fully free—body, soul, mind, and breath.
