Level 2 is part of our truly life-changing program for both personal healing and the beginning foundation for becoming a Clarity Breathwork Practitioner. It greatly accelerates personal growth.
- Dive deeper in your healing journey and explore how your birth impacts your life
- Connect with your younger Self in a profound ceremony to help you liberate stagnation, to be fully seen and heard, and to bring completion to your unmet needs.
- Forgiveness practices to free up old grievances and resentments that may be holding you back.
- Examine and unravel core negative beliefs and connect more fully to the greater truth of who you are and what is possible for you to live.
- Addressing the wounds of abandonment/rejection, shock and shame as well as how they play out in intimate relationships.
- Healing sexuality is explored along with creating healthy relationships and communication tools.

Level 3/4 Practitioner Training Intensive:
May 23 – 30, 2024
Level 3/4 is designed for those intending to become Clarity Breathwork Practitioners or to add Clarity Breathwork to an existing Healing Arts Practice. Participants are required to take the levels in order, prerequisite is Level 1 and 2. (See the events pages for complete descriptions of Level 3/4). - How to give powerful and effective private one-on-one Clarity Breathwork sessions.
- Dive deeper into both the Art and Science of sharing breathwork with others.
- Effectively hold space for physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual transformation.
- Learn from our over 70 years of combined experience supporting thousands of clients in our private practice and groups.
- Explore and transform the ways that your birth trauma and early imprints can hold you and others back from expressing and fully living your true life passion and leadership.
- Work with prosperity consciousness and manifestation to call in your success.
- Learn to set up a professional breathwork practice, including marketing yourself and attracting clients.
- Be inspired as we also draw on the teachings of others who have impacted us: Adyashanti, Byron Katie, Gangaji, Eckhart Tolle, Marshall Rosenberg, Peter Levine, Stan Grof, Krishnananda & Amana Trobe, and others.
Level 5 Group Facilitator Training:
June 3 – 10, 2024
This Level 5 Module is the completion level of our truly life-changing program for both personal healing and becoming a Clarity Breathwork Practitioner and Group Facilitator.
This Leadership Training is for those who have completed all the prior levels and are ready to lead and facilitate their own groups. Level 5 will support you to start leading your own groups in person or online, to clear what is in the way of coming out and being seen and to give you the skills to navigate.
This Training connects us to the greater Spirit inside of ourselves who has tremendous gifts to bring forth and gives us the confidence and experience to go forward.
Here’s what we will explore in Level 5:
- Clear your patterns and fears around leadership and public speaking so you can step into your power and greater purpose.
- Learn the art of using music, meditation, movement, and add your other Sacred Gifts.
- Receive tremendous support from the group to birth your Clarity Breathwork Business.
- How to create and maintain a safe, sacred, supportive space for your groups before, during and after Breathwork.
- Clearing of your own patterns and fears around leadership so you can step into your power and greater purpose.
- How to lead dyad and group processes.
- More on how to create and market your own groups and classes in Clarity Breathwork.
- Students will be led step by step in a safe and supportive environment to create and co-lead their own 1.5 hour Breathwork Ceremony to the Ubud Community.
