Meet Ashanna Solaris

Ashanna Solaris has been guiding women’s circles and groups for over 30 years. As Co-Founder of the transformative practice of Clarity Breathwork, she brings a gentle, nurturing, and feminine approach to healing, embodiment, and deep transformation.

Ashanna has studied Light Body work for over 30 years with renowned teachers Duane Packer and Sanaya Roman, and she masterfully guides women in activating their Light Bodies, accessing higher states of consciousness, and embodying their true radiance. Through her work, she supports women in releasing inner blocks and aligning with their greatest potential. Many of her students go on to become leaders and visionaries, bringing their sacred gifts into the world.

Since 1990, Ashanna has drawn from a rich background in the healing arts, integrating Clarity Breathwork, Light Body practices, Reiki, Energy Healing, Somatic Experiencing, Ritual, Dance, and Movement. Her deep passion is to inspire others to embody their highest potential and step fully into their purpose.

Renowned for her expert facilitation of Light Body work, Ashanna is also a gifted public speaker, ceremonial officiant, and presenter at major conferences, seminars, and festivals worldwide.
