With 20 years of experience in the field of healing and awakening, I am extremely well placed to help nurture you through the changes that you truly desire. I hold a beautiful space of deep compassion and listening, and am gifted with an ability to read energy and gently guide through inquiry and breath. This work is my life and my passion. I’ve completely devoted myself to my own journey and have walked through so many layers of my own fear, guilt, shame, and trauma. It is through this commitment to love and my own process that the depth and space has opened up in me to be able to gently hold another through the same inner terrains.
