I have been doing Clarity Breathwork for four years and can sincerely say it has been life-changing.

In my first experience, in Nuevo Arenal, Costa Rica, I was transported to places (and times) I never knew existed. Since then I have done the breathwork 60 times and have had all manner of visions, communions with deceased relatives and experiences that would certainly look to an outside observer like exorcisms. The healing has been tremendous.

It was these experiences — plus the experience of holding space for others during Ashanna and Dana’s retreats — that prompted me to seek Certification as a Practitioner. It is an honor to share this work with others as a Certified Clarity Breathwork Practitioner!
