When people try Clarity Breathwork with me, whether in a one-on-one session or a group workshop, deep mental/physical/and spiritual transformation happens. This breath produces miracles for the individuals whom are breathing and their immediate relations. When I work, I weave in my shamanic healing practices into the sessions to help move the energy. I strive to create a safe space and maintain a sacred container for the deep shifts to occur.
