Seeker and creator of beauty. Inspired by life and love. I guide and facilitate breathwork journeys within, to explore, to seek, to find our connection with ourselves, with the inner beauty that wants to shine through.
I am an artist, a jewelry designer, and a trained facilitator in various healing modalities. First and foremost Clarity Breathwork, which I got connected to after completing my two-year training with FOBT (Focusing Oriented Breathwork Therapy) and Focusing.

My own ongoing healing journey has led me to explore and take a deep dive within, eventually bringing me to this point where I am honored and blessed to be sharing this powerful transformational tool and holding this beautiful loving space for others on their journey.

We each have a painful story to work through, and sharing this path together is a gift for us all.
